An interesting look at some of the bugs that have been found in
this game.
- When starting a new character your weapon was your fist.á You could actually swap your fist (as a weapon) with
something in your backpack and your 'fist' would appear in the backpack.áá (I sold mine
for 0gp :P )
- Ropes never used to disappear from your backpack no matter how many times you used it.
- Magicians didn't start with magic spells (but they did have mana) because I forgot to allow it.
- If you ran past the monsters they kept running to the left as they didn't
realise that you were now behind them.
- Pixie used to be an option as a character race until I realised the logistics of trying to
implement a flying creature. (Pixies are back in the game, jsut without the flying yet!)
- I use Microsoft Frontpage (I own a legal copy) to create this game; it has
an annoying habit of moving the side buttons to the top of the page, it
happens rarely but it does happen. The other annoying thing is that
sometimes the code Literally goes missing, no matter what I do I
cannot see it on the screen; to combat this I must open the code in another
program and copy/paste it back into Frontpage - luckily this only happens
once a fortnight.
